All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
